Cesium Fluoroaluminate Flux

Aluminum flux (full name: aluminum brazing solvent, referred to as "flux") is a white powder mixture of potassium fluoroaluminate or cesium fluorochlorate (non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic). This flux is a high-quality and high-purity product, which has passed the strict production process and quality control process. The melting point range of aluminum flux is lower than that of aluminum-silicon brazing alloy, and the particle distribution ranges from 0.1 micron to 50 microns. The strength distribution range of this product is different according to the difference of the use process. At present, there are two main methods of using the process, one is the spraying or brushing and soaking process dispersed with water, and the other is the process of using electrostatic spraying dry powder. In the process of aluminum brazing, the aluminum flux can dissolve the oxides on the surface of the aluminum material (mainly remove the Al2O3 on the surface of the aluminum material), and make the solder layer on the metal surface adhere to the surface in the form of a thin film, which is non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic. The area does not require post-brazing cleaning. Aluminum flux is mainly used in water tank radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, condensers, evaporators, battery devices, etc. in auto parts, kitchen pans, cans, pots, Coffee machines, electric irons, dry cleaners, microchannel heat exchangers, heating pipes, etc.
